Mal Gets A Haircut

After a small stay in room 657B we have upgraded to the "penthouse" suite at OSU medical center... room 678. This room has become our new home. Simon has his own bed (a full sized cot!!) and a sofa to chill out on while Mal has her ADVANTA medical bed with body pillow, mini fridge, and of course a flat screen T.V. (with a 12 inch screen).
Our first night was interesting to say the least. Our roommate was one piece of work, she left the T.V. on all night long with the volume blasting... anyway it was a fun way to start the stay at the hospital. Simon spent the night in a reclining chair and when he was not trying to sleep he was begging for a single room. Well the doctors listened loud and clear and we moved into our new room the next day.
Since then we have made the room more like a apartment and less like a hospital room. Flowers, pictures, blankets and a ipod docking station make it more comfortable for us!! Now Simon is trying to figure a way to get a mini bar in here to serve some drinks!!
Along with us trying to make this stay feel more like home Mal got her haircut today. Nina came over and we set up shop here and Mal chopped off the hair and now is feeling great (doesn't have to maintain her long hair anymore).
I know that everyone is wondering where are the ultrasound pictures and Simon is actually in the process of getting them scanned in and uploaded. They will be here ASPA.

Moving On Up To the Hospital

As most of you know Mal and I have experienced everything one can experience during a pregnancy and we are only 22 weeks and 2 days into the pregnancy. So what's new?... Well we went into the doctors office today and the doc confirmed that Mal has been leaking amniotic fluid from the smaller babies sac. As a precautionary measure we are now residents at OSU hospital room 657B.. Yeah that's right we have a roommate!! But it is all good we are relieved that now we have around the clock care with the best doctors.
We just ask that people continue to pray for the health of the babies and Mal. We know that we are now in Gods hands, but God does hear prayers in numbers so please pass on our prayer requests!!!
Now that we have more time we will put up more posts to keep everyone updated on Mal's situation.

See ya soon!!
